2023年の締めくくりにお伺いした際のお任せコース。
舞茸のポタージュ、豚のブレゼが特に印象的で、いつも通り最高の満足をいただくことができました。
2024年もたくさんお世話になろうと思います...
月一の楽しみである完全お任せコース。今回は税込9,000円。

この夜のメインは、シェフのスペシャリテだと私が勝手に思っているラム燻製ロースト。
これがね、ほんとに美味しいんですよ。
ラムの脂の香り...
相変わらず月イチお世話になっており、我々の生活における楽しみなイベントの１つになっている。
写真は2022年のシメにお伺いした際のコース、今回も最高に美味しかった。
