For Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), we are particular about not only the chicken, but also the sauce, salt, and charcoal. The chicken used is ``Oyamadori'' from Tottori Prefecture and ``Soshu Old White Chicken'' from Ibaraki and Chiba. For the sauce, we carefully use the secret sauce passed down from the Senninriki where we trained, preserving the secret flavor. The salt is an original blend of three types of domestically produced salt after much trial and error. The attention to detail in the charcoal, which determines the deliciousness of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), is also exceptional. Please try our specialty Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers).

We change the wines served by the glass every two to three months or add new wines, so you can easily enjoy a different wine each time you visit.
