Lined up in the marche corner are a variety of fresh seafood delivered directly from the fishing port in Hakodate, Hokkaido. We use plenty of high-quality seafood to deliver exquisite dishes that stimulate your five senses. ``Hakodate Special Oceans,'' such as aqua pazza and meuniere, are prepared using the optimal cooking method to match the ingredients of the day, and are dishes that will brighten up your table.
