Our Okonomiyaki, which recreates the traditional taste, is available in 13 types using carefully selected ingredients shipped directly from Hiroshima. The basics are ``Soba noodles'', but recently ``Udon'' is also popular! We accept orders for take-out as well as single items at lunchtime, so it is recommended for lunch with friends. Oyster, which are carefully raised using the rich nutrients of the Seto Inland Sea and unique techniques, are large and do not shrink even when heated.
