We offer wines carefully selected by a former Italian Cuisine chef who knows everything about wine. With the theme of ``wines that convey the spirit of the producers,'' we select family wineries that value individuality and are particular about Italian natural farming methods and indigenous varieties. The leafy vegetables come from the chef's family's pesticide-free garden in Fukushima.The ``chemical-free mixed salad'' is simply seasoned with Kyushu's sweet apple vinegar and olive oil to bring out the flavors of the ingredients. "Fresh mozzarella from Yoshida Farm," which is rarely available on the market, and "Prosciutto from Akita Inaniwa," which is naturally dried, are available. Their signature `` Medicinal Food Soup Vermicelli Noodles'' is made with sweet potato starch from southern Kyushu and potato starch from Hokkaido, and features a natural color that does not contain any bleach. The smooth and chewy texture overturns the concept of vermicelli. This vermicelli has 1/3 the sugar and calories compared to white rice, and is so healthy that some people have noticed weight loss after visiting it several times a week. You can also enjoy it during dinner time.
