We offer local Okinawan Local Cuisine made with carefully selected ingredients delivered directly from the local area. The signature menu is Goya Champuru, a classic Okinawan Cuisine. This is our original menu, in which a soft-boiled egg goes perfectly with plenty of bitter gourd and Spam. Also, the hearty "Ishiyaki Taco Rice" and the exquisite "Soki Soba" with a rich soup stock are popular as a finishing touch. !
