Like Sancha Marco, we want our store to be a place that brings people together. The concept is "Japan Craft". Of course, we want our customers to enjoy themselves, but we also propose attractive shochu with new ways to drink it, cook carefully-produced ingredients in a hexagonal style, and connect producers and customers. The furniture and lighting in the store are also masterpieces created with great care by talented Japanese craftsmen. Also pay attention to the store logo, which has an impressive unique typeface. Once again, we will be spreading the charm of Japan from [Shimokita Rokkaku]!

The specialty is stone-grilled. Among them, ``Rokkaku Chicken Rice'' is a hexagon-style arrangement of Local Cuisine of Kagoshima, a famous shochu-producing area. First, enjoy the chicken rice loaded with toppings served in a piping hot stoneware bowl, then pour the chicken paitan soup over it. It tastes like Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）and you can enjoy a different taste ☆ There are also many other Creative Cuisine that go well with shochu, such as fresh fish and charcoal grilling. Because we value the season, the menu changes frequently, so you can discover new dishes every time you visit.
