Our restaurant offers 30 to 40 different types of fresh Sushi toppings that change daily. You can enjoy the finest nigiri made with sushi rice made with a blend of two types of rice from Miyagi prefecture and seasoned with red vinegar, and our signature fresh fish with carefully prepared toppings. Occasionally, we purchase ``unusual'' species such as ``barracuda'' and ``ebodai'' that are rarely seen.
