We are proud of our freshly cooked clay pot rice. We use 100% Kinumusume from Okayama Prefecture, and each dish is carefully cooked one by one after receiving your order. The rice cooked in a Banko-yaki clay pot is a luxurious dish full of the flavor of the ingredients. In addition to the standard silver shari rice and gorgeous-looking sea bream rice, we also offer seasonal rice, so you can enjoy a menu unique to the season.
