Tsuchiyamajin's soba noodles are made daily by the owner. We make three types of soba: finely ground, coarsely ground, and thickly ground, and the thickness and width are slightly changed depending on each type. That's why you can enjoy the taste of soba that Tsuchiyamato is proud of!
