We use fresh, unfrozen, air-freighted mutton, and we cook it with a focus on making it delicious, regardless of genre. You can enjoy a variety of menu items such as charcoal grilled skewers, Hamburg chops, hamburgers, and navaran. The recommended dish is the "tataki mutton", which can only be served because it has no taste and low odor. This is a dish we are proud of, and even people who have never been fond of mutton often praise it for being delicious!

Popular among women is the hearty ``Farm Vegetables and Roast Lamb Farm Salad'', which includes plenty of vegetables and roasted lamb that has been slowly cooked at a low temperature.
