中目黒駅「正面口」改札を出て正面の横断歩道を渡り、
そのまま東横線の線路沿い右側の道を直進。
目黒川を越えて40ｍほど先の左手、灰色のビル２Ｆ。
小さな赤い看板が出ています。
（セブンイレブンの少し手前です。）
