“Kyo Hayashiya” has a long history, which began in 1753 when the first Hayashiya Shinbei opened a tea shop in Kanazawa, Kaga. After the first generation Hayashiya Shinbei founded the company, the third generation developed ``Hojikucha'', which uses the stems of sencha. [Hayashiya Tea Garden] continues to offer new tea culture while keeping in mind the tradition of "Kyoto Hayashiya". Please enjoy the nutritious flavors such as ``Sencha'' made with ``Nishikigamihana'' from Uji, and ``Matcha'' made with ``Asahi'' tea leaves from Uji.

The ``Matcha Warabi Mochi Anmitsu'' with matcha warabi mochi and matcha ice cream on top is a must-try dish.
