The chicken skin used for our famous Hakata Kawa skewers is prepared using the skin around the neck, and each piece is carefully prepared to remove excess fat and blood, which can cause odors. This is a limited menu as we carefully prepare one bottle each day. Please enjoy Hakata Kawakushi, which is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

We use "Satsuma Chiran-dori" produced in Kagoshima Prefecture. Satsuma Chirandori is a branded chicken that was raised for 450 days.
