Our specialty ``fillet'' and ``sirloin'' are dry-aged beef that has been dry-aged for approximately 60 days, allowing you to fully enjoy the vibrant aroma of aging. Among the Iwami Wagyu beef from Shimane Prefecture and the Kita Satsuma beef from Kagoshima Prefecture, we carefully select A4 rank beef with a high proportion of lean meat that is ideal for aging. Please enjoy our carefully selected dishes that are grilled right in front of you.

A juicy Hamburg made with our 40-day aged Wagyu ground beef [100%]. The flavor of the meat spreads as soon as you bite into it, and the meat is ground coarsely with a small amount of filler so that the flavor of the meat lingers.
