At eel restaurants, grilled eel and eel jus are standard, but our specialty is Grilled skewer eel on skewers. We purchase eel through our own unique route and carefully prepare each eel over time using the techniques we have cultivated over many years. We have 7 types of skewers available, and each skewer uses 10 or more pieces of eel to make rare parts such as ``taba'', ``fin'', and ``kabuto'', which are limited in the amount that can be taken from one eel. You can fully enjoy the flavor of the ingredients while enjoying the different flavors of each part.
DrinkWe offer our original shochu and whiskey that go well with our signature eel.
For drinks, we have a wide selection of local sake that can be enjoyed according to the season and cuisine. We especially recommend our two original alcoholic beverages: the whiskey ``Mita'' and the shochu ``Kushi.'' The flavor is designed to go well with eel, so please give it a try when you visit. We also have beer, Chuhai (Shochu cocktail), and wine, so please enjoy your favorite drink.

Although our restaurant is located 3 minutes from Hatchobori Station, it has a hideaway-like atmosphere. It's a homely space, so you can spend your time without straining yourself. The main branch is a popular restaurant with limited seating, so early reservations are recommended. [Ginza Shirayuki], located near Ginza Station, also offers the same menu as our restaurant, and of course you can make reservations there as well. Our Ginza store can accommodate large group reservations and banquets, so please feel free to contact us.
