学生時代に、麺屋こうじグループで働いていた店主さん。 近くの麺袢や519さんとも交流があるそうです。 ひとつのところに留まらず、お客さんの為に味を追及しています。 店は奥さんと二人で切り盛りしてますので 息はピッタリ。 ちょい呑みにもいいですよ。 奥様の作るここの水餃子も絶品です。 亀戸でつけ麺ならここですね。 牛塩薬膳らーめん（ガラムマサラ）も面白い一品ですよ。
