Tamura beef is all Japanese black cattle, and it is the highest quality Wagyu beef that is fattened only from precious pure Tajima cattle and virgin female Tajima lineage cattle. By narrowing down the brands and production areas, unevenness in meat quality can be minimized. The characteristics of Tamura beef are its high quality fat, aroma, and low melting point. At our restaurant, we are particular about purchasing only cows over 30 months of age, which secrete a large amount of umami ingredients, and we select the highest quality Tamura beef to offer.

Our store regularly purchases special brand beef from Japan's top three brands, as well as Tajima lineage female cows over 30 months old. Like our main Tamura beef, it has a very low melting point, and its long-term fattening concentrates the flavor of the lean meat, creating a fragrant aroma that spreads in your mouth. In addition to carefully selected Japan's three major brands of beef, we offer pure Tajima beef brands such as Tamura beef and Ota beef, which are said to be the origin of Japanese beef, at special prices!
