Food Fresh fish purchased from the market every morning
The head chef purchases fresh fish from Tsukiji Market and Kasai Market every morning (excluding days when the market is closed) and serves it while it's still fresh. In addition, the board leader loves fishing, and if you are lucky, you may even be able to eat the freshly caught fish that the board manager caught♪
