Our 100% soba noodles are made from 100% buckwheat flour and are chewy even though they don't contain any fillers. Our craftsmen carefully knead it by hand every day. Enjoy the taste of authentic soba made with years of craftsmanship. The mentsuyu uses 5 different types of dashi. It is characterized by its light taste. We also offer soba noodles for lunch and evening banquet courses.
