Food ★Chewy fresh pasta with special sauce
All of our menu items use fresh pasta. We are proud of our fresh pasta that has just the right amount of elasticity and goes well with any sauce! Our recommended ultimate bolognese is made with A5 rank beef tendon, so it is a very popular pasta that is very soft, sweet, and delicious!
ServiceVegetables from contract farmers
We are particular about the ingredients we use, and currently use vegetables from farmers in Niigata Prefecture who grow low-pesticide vegetables. Sweet and delicious vegetables and rare vegetables will also be introduced, so stay tuned! In addition, Bonte is particular about handmade products, and all of their dressings are made in-house!
