こだわりは「第一に安全」「第二に新鮮」。毎日旨くて安いもつ焼きをお届けする為の挑戦をしています。千葉県東庄町で豚舎をお借りし幻の中ヨーク種を掛け合わせた三元豚を育てています。 さらに、千葉県南房総市の直営農場で日本古来の黒豚「アグー豚」を放牧で伸び伸びと育てています。 これらの自社で育てた豚を「自社工場」で加工し「自社保冷車」で毎日全店に配送、そして自慢の肉をお焼きするのは厳しい焼き試験を合格した
