It's about a 10-minute walk from Asakusa Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Go through Sensoji Temple, cross Kototoi-dori, pass by the side of 5656 Kaikan, and it's on the right after the second large alley. It's on the right, along a street lined with Asakusa's guards and long-established restaurants. It's also in a residential area, and the frontage is narrow, so be careful not to miss it, and head for the four-story exposed concrete building. Toei Bus Route 08, which connects Kinshicho and Nippori, runs through Kototoi-dori, where 5656 Kaikan is located. There are few buses going to Kameido. 637 meters from Asakusa. |

ChefNoboru Arai - Establishing Innovative French Cuisine in His Hometown of Asakusa
Born in Tokyo in 1974. After graduating from a culinary school, he trained at various restaurants in the city and moved to France at the age of 24. He learned the philosophy of French cuisine at Michelin-starred restaurants such as "Le Clos des Sens" in Paris and "Auberge La Fenière" in the south of France. After returning to Japan, he worked as a wholesaler in Tsukiji for a year and opened "Hommage" at the young age of 26. Based on solid French techniques, he expresses the traditional terroir of his hometown, Asakusa, through his unique culinary creations.
