We are particular about quality and only purchase high-quality domestically produced farmed eels. The specially farmed eel "Bando Taro" is a must-try dish. Raised on an original feed that is a blend of white fish and raw horse mackerel, it is characterized by its elastic flesh, high-quality fat, and rich flavor. The sauce, which has been added to the restaurant for over 200 years since its founding, is made with only soy sauce and mirin, and although it is simple, it has a deep flavor. We also ship Kabayaki nationwide, so please enjoy the traditional taste at home.

We recommend wine that has been carefully selected to go well with the eel to accompany your meal. We have 6 types of red and 6 white wines, mainly Spanish wines that we import in-house. The brands may change depending on the stock, so one of the attractions is that you can discover new flavors every time you visit. Enjoy the combination of eel and wine, such as red that goes perfectly with the secret sauce for Kabayaki, and delicate white for Shirayaki.
