The sirloin Steak, which you can enjoy with its juicy taste, is made with carefully selected A4 or larger Japanese black beef that is purchased from a Meat Dishes that the owner trusts. The ``Senmai Sashimi'' and ``Wagyu Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)'' are also carefully prepared to bring out the original flavor of the Wagyu beef. In addition, we use local chicken from Kagoshima Prefecture for our popular ``deep-fried chicken'', ``chicken tataki'' for its freshness, and ``cheese dakgalbi'', which has melty cheese mixed with chewy local chicken.
