Food Handmade soba noodles that are milled daily. "Sanshoku Mori" where you can enjoy three different flavors is also available.
Our soba noodles are purchased from all over the country depending on the season. The soba noodles are ground daily in restaurant 's stone mill and hand-pulled into fragrant soba noodles. The recommended ``Sanshoku Mori'' offers three types: ``Yuzu Kiri'' with a refreshing yuzu scent, the standard ``Seiro Mori'', and ``Inaka Mori'' with a rich flavor and a satisfying texture. Every morning, please enjoy our handmade soba noodles with soba soup made from kelp, bonito, and mackerel.
