Combine fruits, Korean vinegar, and detox water as you like to create a drink tailored to your mood. A yakiniku course featuring a well-balanced selection of beef tongue and thick-cut beef tongue, along with popular wagyu cuts such as karubi and misuji. It also includes grilled yaki-shabu of wagyu chuck eye roll, seafood, and grilled vegetables, so you can enjoy a variety of flavors from start to finish. With appetizers, salad, a cold noodle to finish, and dessert, this course is designed to deliver satisfaction beyond its price. A balanced, casual course representative of Tokori, suitable for everything from a relaxed meal to full-scale banquets.
Beef tongue, yukimuro-aged pork short ribs, Hakata jidori chicken, Wagyu short ribs, outside skirt (harami), and Wagyu loin—Tokori’s signature yakiniku served generously on large sharing platters. Enjoy napa cabbage kimchi, komatsuna namul, bean sprout namul, choregi salad, shrimp and garlic‑chive pancake (chijimi), tteokbokki, and finish with seasonal cold noodles—this casual course is recommended for banquets. Ideal for company parties, welcome and farewell parties, or casual gatherings.
