Enjoy safe and delicious food. With this in mind, we are particular about the ingredients we use! The branded pork they sell is the LYB pig. Said to be the best breed of pasture-raised pigs, and the first to be certified as a branded pig. These pigs are rare, with only a small number shipped. The meat is soft and juicy, and the fat is overwhelmingly sweet. The melting point of fat is as low as 32 degrees, so you can eat a lot without feeling sick to your stomach ♪ We offer a variety of menus that allow you to enjoy the deliciousness! We also use pesticide-free vegetables from our own farm.
