We also have a wide variety of drinks to compliment your favorite dish. The wine list is 300 bottles. We have a selection of mainly French and Japanese wines to match the dishes. We also have four types of red and white wine by the glass, so you can easily enjoy your favorite wine. We also recommend the Japanese sake that can be enjoyed from just one go, as well as the barrel cider poured from the server by a chef who is a ``Japanese Cider Master''. The interior of the store is spacious and calm, with comfortable warm lighting and designer chairs designed by Iwao Inagaki. The seats are made from a single piece of cherry wood that creates a profound atmosphere, and we have counter seats where you can enjoy the view of the cooking process, as well as completely private rooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. The carefully designed space is perfect for everyday use as well as for special occasions such as anniversaries. Please spend a blissful time in a warm space filled with the chef's passion.
Chef[Chef Gokita] Trained at famous restaurants in Japan and France and created a new genre
Born in Ibaraki Prefecture in 1985. He began studying in Japan at the age of 20, and moved to France at the age of 25. He honed his skills at Restaurants in southern France and Burgundy and returned to Japan in 2012. Served as a sous chef at Akasaka [Chemin], and also worked as a chef at [Cellier Serie] and [Manoir Dino]. In July 2021, I fulfilled my long-held dream and opened my own store [Jinbocho Gokita]. He attracts many customers with his sincere cuisine and style that matches his passion for wine cultivated in France.
