Restaurant highlights |
The true successor to Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle), the birthplace of Tsukemen, frequented by long-time regulars!
The soup has a light yet rich flavor, and the soft noodles have a hint of the sweetness of the egg. It faithfully reproduces the "taste of the old Higashi-Ikebukuro." Using an old-style noodle-making
...machine that is now difficult to obtain, they were extremely particular about recreating the "taste of the old Higashi-Ikebukuro." Master Yamagishi's love for Taishoken has brought the flavor back to life. In addition, they have added revived menu items that were not available at the Higashi-Ikebukuro main store, and the restaurant continues to evolve every day as the "new Taishoken." We hope many people will try it.
