Our sommeliers and staff who are familiar with the marriage of meat and sake will suggest sake that matches each dish. We carefully select new sake and seasonal products, and change them every few days, so you can always discover new brands. Pairing orders and seasonal recommendations are also available to go with your meal. The luxurious all-you-can-drink menu includes a wide variety of sake lineups!

Kuroge Wagyu beef is shipped directly from designated contract farms. The seafood we use is selected from the best fish at the time and shipped directly from Hamasaka Fishing Port, a contracted fishing port in Hyogo Prefecture. The course ingredients are carefully selected in season and served little by little. Please enjoy each dish created by our chef, which is full of seasonal flavor and has an enjoyable appearance.
