The most distinctive feature of the famous teppanyaki Gyoza / Dumpling is the bean paste, which is made by combining two types of minced meat with different coarseness. All preparation is done by hand, and we pay particular attention to everything from the number of pleats to the color of the roast. Wrapped in bite-sized pieces of skin, spread on a hot iron plate without any gaps and grilled, it's full of volume! The outside is fragrant and crispy, and the inside is so juicy that the meat juices spill out as soon as you break the skin!

We offer local sake ordered from all over the country at reasonable prices. We have a variety of authentic shochu available, including potato, barley, rice, soba, and brown sugar.
