Meat sashimi cooked at low temperature under strict temperature control. Please enjoy the exquisite texture and juiciness of our famous Cow tongue sashimi and liver sashimi! Because it is cooked at a low temperature, you can enjoy it with confidence.

I can do this because I used to be Yakiniku (Grilled meat)! We carefully simmered fresh beef tendon and hachinosu that we procured through our own unique route. There are three flavors to choose from: spicy [red], beef bone, yuzu, and pepper based [white], and rich miso-based [black]. We want the stew to be eaten piping hot, so we serve it in a stone pot.
