We use homemade prosciutto made with just salt and meat, all crafted by our chef. Enjoy it with our karasumi mochi and homemade bread. We use a special "extra-large slicer," one of only five in Japan, finely tuned for our prosciutto at Seijo Salumeria 69, resulting in a light and fluffy texture. You can choose between regular and half sizes for the platter.

We offer a selection of natural wines, carefully stored in our large wine cellar that manages between 2,500 to 2,600 bottles before serving. By aging the wines, we bring out their true flavors.
