Kimura-ya's Hakata Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is enjoyed by many customers every year who say it's delicious. Our specialties are homemade soup and fresh domestic beef intestines shipped directly from meat wholesalers. We check not only the freshness but also the level of fat with our suppliers, and only purchase truly delicious small intestines. That's why the offal in Kimura-ya's Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is tender and sweet! Autumn and winter are the seasons when you can really enjoy Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot).
