At our restaurant, we prepare and serve Hinai free-range chicken, which is raised free-range on a rich land surrounded by clear air and clean water. In order to carefully bring out the flavor of the ingredients, we take the time to carefully remove Hot Pot from the Hinai chicken, which has been carefully removed for a long time.
