We serve the best dishes using carefully selected ingredients such as soba noodles, fresh fish, and seasonal ingredients. Our soba noodles are made using carefully selected buckwheat flour from Fukui Prefecture, and are delivered freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled every day. We offer three types of soba: ``unusual soba'' made with yuzu and perilla, thin ``Nihachi soba,'' and thick ``inaka soba.'' Seasonal ingredients such as fresh fish and matsutake mushrooms are cooked into appetizers that go well with delicious sake and served to our customers.Enjoy the best meals with our dishes made with carefully selected ingredients.◎

We visited sake breweries across the country and collected rare and exquisite sake. Especially recommended is [Juyondai Junmai Daiginjo Ryusen]. Yamagata's local sake is said to be the most difficult to obtain among the many types of sake. It's no exaggeration to say that if you're a sake lover, this is a fantastic drink that you'll want to try at least once. Including this “Juyondai”, we always have local sake such as [Isojiman Nakatori Junmai Daiginjo Vintage], [Kokuryu Ishidaya], [Nizaemon], etc. ◎ If you like Japanese sake, please check it out!
