We have been making sauces and making skewers for 58 years, 30 years in Kyobashi, 20 years in Sagamihara, and 8 years in Akasaka. And now, Shinbashi. This sauce has been passed down through three generations. Over the years, a heavy lump that tells the story of history has been sitting at the bottom of the jar.
