Born in 1982 and hailing from Tochigi Prefecture, I have been captivated by Sichuan cuisine since childhood and aspired to become a chef at a young age. I honed my skills at the renowned Chinese restaurant "Azabu Chōkō," dedicating ten years to mastering Chinese cuisine. After that, I moved to the Japanese restaurant "Ryugin" to elevate authentic flavors into dishes that harmonize with Japanese ingredients, climate, and preferences. I refined my skills and spirit in Japanese techniques and opened "Chazenka" in 2017. Utilizing my extensive knowledge of Chinese tea, I offer innovative dishes paired with carefully selected teas.
