Because it is thickly sliced, you can enjoy the chewy texture, and the more you chew, the more the flavor of blowfish will spread throughout your mouth.
Food ``Nakaochiyaki'' and ``Skin Shabu Nabe'' are popular among repeat customers.
``Nakaochiyaki'', which is the middle part of the blowfish grilled over charcoal and finished with ginger and soy sauce, and ``Skin Shabu Nabe'', where three types of blowfish skin and vegetables are quickly cooked and served with a ponzu-based sesame sauce.
