Motsufuku's ``Hakata Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)'', which is known for its deliciousness, is packed with only the best parts. We use fresh domestic beef giblets in our special soup, which is slowly simmered with pork bones, chicken bones, and vegetables. In addition, the Hakata Mentaiko Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), which was born from the feedback that our customers really love mentaiko, is our most popular product and has been created after many trial productions. The rich pork bone soup, white miso, and mentaiko from Hakata's famous restaurant Uchikawa are used to create a rich and delicious flavor.
