At the Kyoto meat market, we procure the highest quality ingredients carefully selected from ``Gyusho Kagura'', who buys the best Japanese black beef of the day at auction, and enjoy it with bulgogi, stone grilling, etc. Among them, Susashima's specialty, bulgogi, is served in an original style with plenty of their signature meat. Please enjoy the supreme ``Special Bulgogi'' served piping hot in a Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) hotpot.

Bogsundoga's sonmakgeolli is carefully made from 100% domestically grown new rice using a traditional brewing method that has been carefully preserved since ancient times. This raw makgeolli, which is still not very familiar in Japan, is served in wine glasses at our restaurant. The refreshing taste of fizzing and slightly foaming is like champagne. Please try once. We also recommend the homemade ``Seasonal Tsukiyomi Fruit Sake,'' which is made with only fresh fruits ordered from an orchard in Kumamoto.
