ChefMr. Hideki Komiyama, an up-and-coming chef who knows meat well
After quitting his job at the age of 27, chef Hideki Komiyama became the manager of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant La Boufu (Yoga). He taught himself how to cut meat and bought whole A5 rank beef, which was rare at the time. From that point on, it developed into a thriving store. Later, he opened ``Cosotto'' (Komazawa), which specializes in A5 rank Japanese black beef. In addition, he opened ``Cosotto SP'' (Azabu Juban), and in January 2019, opened ``Kimizan'' independently. We offer dishes that are full of attention to detail and love for the meat.

The owner personally goes to the meat market in Shibaura and buys a whole head of A5 rank Japanese black beef that has been carefully selected by a reliable connoisseur. Each piece is carefully cut by hand to match the dish being served. In addition to the recommended fillet, the grilled sirloin shabu, which is thinly sliced sirloin and lightly grilled, is also exquisite. Enjoy by dipping in the egg yolk sauce. Chateaubriand's fillet cutlet, a rare cut that can only be provided because we buy the whole animal, is also popular.
