At the age of 19, he decided to become a chef and step into the world of cooking. After studying in Kyoto for 8 years, he returned to Kyoto. In Tokyo, he honed his skills at a famous Japanese-style meal restaurant, opening ``Ginza Ichigi'' in 2010 and ``Ginza Yoshizawa'' in 2014. Then, in September 2018, Roppongi "Yoshizawa" opened. Using elegant techniques cultivated through long training, we offer a variety of delicious dishes that are beautiful to look at.
