【Course】Except for a few appetizers and desserts, we offer the same menu as our dinner, including specialties and main dishes. Our concept of "Wako Yosai" presents a total of five dishes featuring Japan's finest ingredients delivered using French culinary techniques. (Cold appetizers, several warm appetizers, a main dish with seafood and meat, two desserts, petit fours, and herbal tea) "We remain close to the ingredients, ensuring fish is more than just fish, and vegetables become more than just vegetables." *The course menu will be updated once finalized. Please note that it may differ slightly from the dishes mentioned above. *The course changes approximately every three months.
With the concept of "Wakon Yosai" (Japanese spirit, Western knowledge), we present a seven-course meal featuring excellent ingredients from various regions of Japan, prepared using French culinary techniques. (The course includes amuse-bouches, several cold appetizers, several warm appetizers, a main dish of fish and meat, two desserts, petit fours, and herbal tea.)
