Sushi Sakai's main supplier is Yanagibashi Rengo Market in Hakata. We purchase seasonal seafood by air. We use the best seasonal ingredients with the philosophy of ``creating the most delicious food right now.'' All sushi that makes the most of the natural flavors of the ingredients has an exceptional taste. The owner has experience training at the famous restaurant "Yamanaka". We make full use of the traditional techniques inherited from the restaurant to create dishes of the highest quality.
