The fragrant "Tandanmen" is a dish that continues to be popular at our restaurant. Because we value the aroma of sesame seeds, we pay close attention to the temperature when mixing with oil. The chili oil is made with two types of chili peppers, including Sichuan pepper, apple, star anise, garlic, and seasonings that transfer the aroma to the oil. Furthermore, we also recommend ``chilled tandan noodles,'' which are perfect for the upcoming warm season, and ``dandan noodles without soup,'' which is made with black vinegar and has plenty of cilantro, which has added flavor with sprouts.

On sale for 2700 yen including tax! We produce our own mullet. Freshly harvested mullet eggs are salted and dried in the sun, and contain dozens of times more DHA than mullet eggs made from frozen eggs! We use plenty of this proud mullet to create our ``mulberry sauce'', which has a rich and spicy flavor, and can be enjoyed with rice, pizza, Gyoza / Dumpling, and other Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. You can purchase it in the store, so please use it as a souvenir.
