We are able to offer the highest quality A5 rank Yamagata beef at this price because we go to auctions at our affiliated Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant "Noboku" and buy the whole beef directly. Only virgin cows numbered BMS 7 to 10 will be sold and dry aged for over a month. Sirloin Steak 2800 yen, grilled beef sashimi 1280 yen
