雰囲気も良く、お店の方も丁寧で良かったです。 コースは大満足で、お腹いっぱいになりましたが、 心と身体を癒す薬膳中国料理なので、食べ終わった後スッキリとした感じでした。 個人的には、お魚料理と薬膳スープ、鮑が特に好きでした。 デザートプレートも、パンダが可愛くて癒されました。 ご馳走様でした。Find out more

At the age of 26, he became the youngest head chef at the famous restaurant "Saiko Shinkan" group in Yokohama Chinatown. Launched Minami Aoyama Essence in 2007. He is an international Chinese medicine doctor, an international Medicinal Food chef, an international Medicinal Food lecturer, and the director of the NPO All Japan Medicinal Food and Medical Information Association. He holds qualifications such as Tokyo Fugu Chef, Sommelier Excellence, WSET Level 3, and Cheese Professional, and is a lecturer at the Better Home Association, Academy Duvin, etc. Received the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Forestry Culinary Masters Silver Award.
