Using 'Maisen Panko' made from bread baked with an original recipe, specifying the size and shape, we apply a unique technique to coat the food. We use carefully selected 'frying oil' and finish the dish with attention to detail while adjusting the heat.

We offer four types of sauces: sweet sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sauce for fillet cutlet sandwiches, and a special sauce for black pork. Since our founding, we have been perfecting our recipes every day in a small counter at our shop, pouring our hearts into them with the wish of "may it be delicious."
